Guided by these values, we continuously take on challenges to achieve a better tomorrow.
Fulfilling the expectations of all stakeholders and contributing to a sustainable society is our mission.

Quality Philosophy
At Yoshiwa Kogyo Co., Ltd., we strive to be a No.1 quality-driven company to gain lasting trust from our customers and ensure long-term growth.
Our core products—cast iron automotive parts—are essential structural components widely used in vehicle manufacturing.
In many applications, they serve as critical safety parts directly linked to user safety and life.
We recognize this responsibility and actively engage in quality assurance and improvement.
Customer Satisfaction
Preventing Defects
We work to prevent defects across the entire automotive supply chain and achieve all established quality objectives.
Enhancing Satisfaction
By fulfilling our roles with precision, we aim not only to meet required standards but also to deliver “delightful” quality that exceeds customer expectations.
Quality Management Systems
Building a Management System
To achieve quality objectives, we implement a quality management system across all relevant departments.
Enforcing Quality Policies
We document our quality policies and ensure full awareness among employees. Management regularly reviews them.
Continuous Improvement
Ongoing Quality Improvement
We continuously improve our quality management system and performance by operating and reviewing the system regularly.
Quality Stabilization
We control quality variation within acceptable limits and work to reduce the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
Environmental philosophy
At Yoshiwa Kogyo Co., Ltd., we aim to be an environmentally friendly company that contributes to a livable planet and a rich natural environment.
Although our main business—manufacturing pig iron castings—is a recycling industry that uses iron scrap as raw material, it also consumes large amounts of energy and generates considerable industrial waste.
We are fully aware of this impact and strive to reduce environmental burdens by applying and improving our production technologies.
Social Responsibility
Energy and Waste Reduction
We promote energy saving both in production and administration, and work to reduce CO₂ emissions and other environmentally harmful substances.
Compliance with Environmental Regulations
We comply not only with all relevant laws and regulations but also with environmental agreements and commitments we have made.
Environmental Management Systems
Environmental Management Systems
We build and operate environmental management systems to ensure that our environmental goals are met in all areas of activity.
Policy Awareness and Public Disclosure
Our environmental policies are documented and shared with all employees and affiliated companies, and are also publicly available.
Ongoing Development
Ongoing Development
By operating and reviewing our environmental management systems, we work toward continuous improvement in environmental performance and pollution prevention.
Harmony Between Industry and Environment
As a company operating in an environmentally impactful industry, we actively seek harmony with our surrounding environment and communities.

Declaration of Partnership Building
We declare our commitment to strengthening partnerships by promoting mutual growth with our suppliers and value-creating business partners.
We focus on the following key initiatives:
1. Mutual Prosperity and Cross-Industry Collaboration
We aim to raise the value of the entire supply chain by collaborating beyond company size or business group.
This includes supporting partners with telework implementation, BCP planning, and carbon neutrality efforts across the supply chain.
2. Compliance with Fair Trade Practices ("Promotion Standards")
We adhere to the "Promotion Standards" of the Subcontract Act and work to eliminate unfair practices:
① Fair Pricing:
We do not make unreasonable cost-cutting demands. Pricing decisions are made through at least annual discussions that consider fair profits and labor cost adjustments.
② Tooling Costs:
We follow national guidelines regarding mold transactions and do not request free storage of molds or impose unnecessary burdens on suppliers.
③ Payment Terms:
We aim to pay in cash whenever possible. If promissory notes are used, we ensure payment within 60 days and cover any related fees.
④ Intellectual Property:
We respect suppliers' IP rights and avoid forced disclosures or one-sided agreements regarding confidential information.
⑤ Work Style Reforms:
We avoid last-minute order changes and unreasonable deadlines. In the event of disasters, we strive to maintain fair and considerate business relationships.
