Manufacturing communication

Collaboration with
local communities
We host foundry workshops and factory tours for local students, providing opportunities to experience manufacturing firsthand. Through these activities, we aim to share the joy and importance of craftsmanship with the younger generation.

Collaborative activities with
high schools
To foster the next generation of manufacturing talent, we actively collaborate with local high schools.
Through hands-on foundry classes and guided tours of our casting facilities, students are given rare opportunities to experience real manufacturing processes—such as witnessing the powerful moment when molten iron is poured.
In addition to these experiences, we also engage in a variety of educational initiatives, including joint production of graduation projects and career development support programs.

Yoshika/Dream/Flower/Marathon
Yoshika Dream Flower Marathon Yoshiwa Kogyo is a proud sponsor of the Yoshika Dream Flower Marathon. Held annually, the event features 2km, 5km, and 10km courses, making it accessible to participants of all ages. Many of our employees take part each year, and the event is widely celebrated, often welcoming guest runners.

Yoshika Town environmental protection activities
Environmental Protection in Yoshika Town Yoshika Town is a nature-rich area known as a “Town of Water Sources.” It is home to headwaters that flow into both the Sea of Japan (Takatsu River) and the Seto Inland Sea (via the Fukatani River, a tributary of the Nishiki River). Natural forests of Koya-maki and rhododendrons thrive in the area, preserving rare ecosystems. At Yoshiwa Kogyo, we actively engage in environmental protection initiatives to help safeguard Yoshika’s valuable natural environment for future generations. By cherishing the local landscape, we aim to contribute to a truly sustainable regional society.

Kaita Town Clean Campaign
We participate each year in the Clean Campaign held in Kaita Town, working together with local residents to clean and care for the community that supports us.
